Commercial – Stellenpark Office Block (Completed)
PROJECT DATE: September 2014 – June 2015
PROJECT LEADERS: The CS Property team was working in collaboration with Dennis Moss Architects, De Vos Paxton Inc. Engineers and JDB Engineers, DTP Quantity Surveyors.
PROJECT OVERVIEW: Stellenpark is a double-story office building with gatehouse. It includes 8 offices to let. Phase 1 of 4 blocks to be built. Size 1600m².
Phase 1 was complete in August 2015. Phase 2 was completed in December 2016. We are busy with Phase 3 at the moment.
This project is the contruction of 3 double-story office buildings that are being built along the R44 towards Strand, right next to the Stellenbosch Square.
Phase 1 was completed as a turnkey project, Phase 2+3 will be completed with no ceilings and partitions, and no floor coverings, these will be as per the tenants requirements.
