We specialise in upmarket residential projects. We completed many beautiful homes in security estates. We are well experienced to work within estate rules and regulations.

One of our commercial projects that deserves to be mentioned is Stellenpark Business Park, The 8500m2 A-Grade office park is situated on the R44 just outside Stellenbosch countryside.

Our flagship product, De Plattekloof Lifestyle Estate, consists of 25 upmarket houses. In addition there is a block with a basement, a ground and first floor structure which houses 24 apartments.

CS Property Group prides itself on its expertise in renovating and upgrading upmarket homes and commercial properties. De Volkskombuis Restaurant in Stellenbosch is one such project.

We love the heritage of Stellenbosch. In fact, we love preserving heritage anywhere! We have been involved in heritage renovations projects. The Vredelust office renovations project is an example.
