PROJECT DATE: 7 May 2018 – expected delivery 20 June 2019
PROJECT LEADERS: This challenging project was well managed to the last bit of detail by the CS Property Group team, in collaboration with Kotlowitz Marais Architects and Grobler & Associates Consulting Engineers.
PROJECT OVERVIEW: The residence is 985m², with a basement, ground and 1st floor. The structure features concrete and brickwork with steel columns cladded with aluminium. The roof structure is steel and wood to carry solid wood ceilings and Rheinzink roof covering. Some of the finishing touches include imported aluminium window and door systems, frameless glass panels, imported porcelain tiles as well as natural stone tiles and natural wooden floors, underfloor heating, high quality custom made joinery and a home automation system.
