PROJECT LEADERS: The CS Property team was working in collaboration with Dimension Studio Architects, Karl Hvidsten Engineers and DTP Quantity Surveyors.
PROJECT OVERVIEW: The project involved the renovation of the showroom. It included new finishes and aluminium partitioning for the offices, revamped bathrooms, complete new external facade, including shop fronts and cladding with a new roof. The contract value was R5.5 million.
