PROJECT LEADERS: The CS Property team worked in collaboration with TV3 Architects and Town planners, Bart Senekal Engineers, Struxit Engineers, Converge Consulting Engineers, Sparq Consulting Engineers and De Leeuw Quantity Surveyors.
