PROJECT DATE: January 2020 to March 2021
PROJECT LEADERS: The CS Property team was working in collaboration with Wynand Wilsenach Architects, A19 Structural Engineers and Northern Edge the Professional Quantity Surveyors.
PROJECT OVERVIEW: This exciting project involved a new residence in a security estate. The final product consists of garages for 5 vehicles, 5 ensuite rooms, laundry, kitchen, scullery, sun lounge, family lounge, dining room. Entertainment room, bar, indoor braai, wine cellar, her study, his study. Swimming pool with timber deck, free standing summer room. Engineered timber floors throughout and high-end finishes throughout. Site size: 6200 m² and under roof size (two storeys) 806.3 m².
