PROJECT LEADERS: The CS Property team was working in collaboration with TV3 Architects, Sutherland Engineers and Deon den Hartog Quantity Surveyors.
PROJECT OVERVIEW: Armentum Student Resident Apartments are in the heart of Stellenbosch. Walking distance to the University and the town centre. This apartment block comprises of 3 levels, each level has a communal kitchen, dining room and lounge and houses 77 modern furnished bachelor units and 1 unit for the physically challenged. The apartments have luxury finishes throughout, complete with a kitchenette, ventilated bathroom, single bed with quality mattress, wardrobe, wall-to-wall floating bookshelves, a 2.5m study worktop and a chair.
