PROJECT OVERVIEW: A 1331m² residence with basement, ground floor and 1st floor. Basement parking for 3 vehicles. Entertainment room, gym, staff quarters, laundry, lounges x 2, dining room, family room, kitchen, scullery, undercover patio, 5 x en-suite bedrooms, study & heated pool. The house is designed to be energy efficient with double glazing through-out. Water is heated by a pellet burning system and circulated for under floor heating. One of the special features of the house is the fully tiled swimming pool with an in-floor cleaner and 7.6 x 2 m acrylic see-through side wall that borders the entertainment room in the basement. Another equally special feature is a tree planted atrium in the centre of the house, with frameless glass walls.
